Takato Yamamoto Japonesthetique SIGNED

Takato Yamamoto's latest book is packed with his strong influence by Japanese traditional aesthetics and Ukiyo-e master Tsukioka Yoshitoshi and illustrator Ito Hikozo. These artworks are all previously unpublished in his earlier monographs. Themes include samurai, oni, geisha, courtesans, classic Japanese films and novels, spring, ghosts, and shunga.

Two versions of "Japonesthetique" have been released. This "regular" edition and a special numbered limited edition of 500 pieces. Numbers 1-75 include a signed and numbered giclée print, numbers 76-500 do not include the print. Read about the difference between editions here.
